Hen parties are required to take all 4 Safari tents, making the site exclusively yours. We regret we are unable to accommodate stag parties at this time.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Arrival day is Friday or Monday. Check-in time is between 4pm - 7:30pm.  Please ensure you arrive no later than 7:30pm as light conditions and staff assistance can not be guaranteed after this hour.  Check-out time on departure day is by 9:30am. Please arrive at Exeland farm on the day of check in where you will be met and guided to your tents.

If you kindly leave the tent in the same clean condition in which you found it. Please do let us know if anything breaks or is broken so it can be repaired immediately. If damage is directly attributable to the guest or items go missing, we reserve the right to request payment from the guest. By booking with Exe Valley Glamping you agree to this condition.

NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR

We ask that guests keep noise to a minimum after 10.30pm and before 8am, in consideration of others and the wildlife. Staying in canvas tents will mean that noise travels. So please be mindful of others and keep the music levels down.

SMOKING & LIGHTABLES

Smoking is not allowed in the tents or on the decks.

Also, please do not leave burning candles, lanterns and fires unattended.

DOGS

We are delighted to welcome 2 well behaved dogs per tent. Dogs must be kept under control either on a lead or at heel at all times around the tents.

We charge £20 supplement per dog and do provide a dog bed and bowl if requested.

Dogs must not be left unattended in the tent at any time.   We ask that you do not allow your dogs on the furniture or bedding, or use the white bath towels for towelling off.  We are happy to provide dog towels for this purpose.

On entering the tents please ensure your dogs are clean, and make use of the shower & boot room to washing & drying off.

Please pick up dog deposits and place in the provided bins around site.

Exe Valley Glamping does not accept liability for harm or injury caused to your dog or in any incident your dog is involved.  All dogs are welcome at the owner's responsibility & liability.
